About us - Bennett Property & Management Marbella

Bennett Property & Management is based in La Quinta, close to Marbella and Puerto Banus, right at the heart of the beautiful Costa del Sol. The Company is owned and operated by Debbie and Peter Bennett.

Having been frequent visitors to the Costa del Sol for many years, we had explored many of the property and management options available, from larger organisations to ‘one man bands’.  Over time, we became convinced there was a real difference between ‘managing’ and ‘caring for’ a property, whether in terms of attention to detail, communication, or the provision of ‘hassle free’ solutions to customers.  It was with these goals in mind that Bennett Property & Management was created – we have been where you are now, and will strive to offer you the answers in every area, and to offer you total peace of mind.

Our broad range of services are designed to cater for the needs of homeowners, rental tenants, and holiday makers alike, and we pride ourselves on tailoring our services to our customers’ varied and diverse needs.  We are committed to openness, transparency, and to two-way communication and pride ourselves on our honest ‘non-pressurised’ approach.
