Secure Key Holding Service

There are many occasions when suppliers, with your permission, need to access your holiday home which can be very difficult to arrange when you are not based in the local area.

For an annual fee Bennett Property Marbella will securely hold a set of keys for your property here in Spain.

This enables you to permit access to your property for deliveries, tradesmen etc in your absence. We will work with any of your chosen suppliers to ensure that they can gain access at a convenient time. Often this means outside the normal working hours.

You can rest assured that Bennett Property Marbella will be on-hand if you or your guests mislay your keys during your stay here in Marbella area. In an emergency we can organise for you to gain access to your property without the need of changing your locks. Secure Key Holding is included in our Complete Property Management Service.

Cleaning / Laundry

We have a team of reliable cleaners on hand to ensure that your property is cared for at all times. We can arrange pre-cleans, departure cleans, builder’s cleans and those ever important spring cleans.

Laundry is generally undertaken off site and delivered back ironed and folded as requested ensuring that fresh linen is readily available for you and your guests.

We are able to provide services relating to floor polishing, power washing and window cleaning as required.

Walk in to your property knowing that everything has been cleaned and freshly laundered – bliss!

Post Collection / Re-Direction

It can often be difficult to access your urgent post at your holiday home. We are able to provide a regular collection and re-direction service on request to enable you to receive the important items as soon as possible.
